Throughout the evolution , stress is natural, biological, medical condition.
Normally in homeostasis we have stress every day and we even don't feel it and we even don't know that, because we have our self-regulating process system who can take care for stress.
For example:We walk every day and every time we step with our foot that is a stress for our body, but we have our self- regulating process system (in this case bones, muscles,...) and it take care for stress and we even don't know and don't feel it.
Problem with stress begin in two case:
1.If stress is too strong and/or happens too long,
(Rain is not a problem, but if is too strong or we standing too long, we will be ill)
2.If our self-regulating process system is not in good condition.
(Sometimes we are tired, exhausted, sleepy, and we are for nothing)
When stress begin, we need some action (fight-or-flight, take some covert, medical help,...).
That process we can learn and call Stress Management.
Stress-explanation
Most of us meet with stress everyday. Practically we can not escape from stress. If you have any stress symptoms, you know the stress consequence. Of course you know, it need to work with stress like stress management, reduction of stress, change relation with stress, or least find your own way.
Reduce stress (cause and symptoms) on some reasonable level, we can do every day.
When we are health and our life is excellent then, stress is “spice” of life. With some acceptable level, stress can be very useful for us. Whole body can work better, brain can think brightness, immunity are better. Also, we are more creative, efficient, focused, energetic, and we more respect ourself and other people. But if we going to far, stress will damage our health and bring some problems in our life.
Usually we learn new responses to stress and bring new experiences of it.
Stress came with first living organism. Biology is full with stress adaptations. Human history is full of stress problems, situations , answers and solutions. Biologically(the ecosystem), some changes force living creatures to react, adapt, make some changes and then the organism may survive. All living creatures are in a constant interchange, but sometimes it looks like stress and sometimes it is ordinary day.

Stress is about more pressure then we can stand it. There is many definitions of stress but non of them can precisely define stress.
Eustress and Distress
There is two kind of stress and both are stress. Eustress is good stress like, wining game, childbirth, be with pleasure partner,... Distress is harmful stress like, death, dentist, money worries, losing a job,... Both of them are also stress and is not good to be too much, or lasts too long, or occurs too often.
Level of stress
Level of stress is different for all of us and can change from time to time.
For example: Somebody like school , somebody do not like and somebody do not care.
Sometimes we like sport , sometimes we have better things to do.
We can not measure stress, but we can measure body reaction like blood pressure, temperature,etc, or see some changes in psychical activity.
